MJ Human Resourcing Consulting was founded in 2017 with an aim to offer best in class customer service to clients operating in all sectors. We adopt a very consultative approach with each of our clients by understanding client requirements before we offer a bespoke service.

Led by Directors Mary Joseph and Salesius Sasi offering bespoke HR and Program/Project Management consulting services to clients. Mary has over 15 years of demonstrated expertise in providing innovative, strategic and operational HR solutions to various different companies operating in different sectors. She has extensive experience in working for companies both in-house and also as an external consultant.

Salesius has over 20 years of multi national Program/Project and Change Management experience from different sectors with a strong experience in Insurance/banking industry.
